Vendor Qualification Process
As can be expected with the volume of projects for which NHouse manages, we have developed a structured process in which vendors can submit their qualification information. The first step in being considered for a project is to submit a complete and executed qualification statement to us by following this link to enter your associated information and attach and upload the appropriate forms:
These should preferably be sent on ConsensusDocs qualification forms, a copy of which can be found here:
Alternatively, the AIA-A305 or the AIA-B305 can be submitted.
